Y2L
Young Leaders Guild (Y2L) and Leadership and Development Studies (LADS) program has been designed by experts to groom and prepare young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years to become effective leaders. The LADS curriculum is an 11-lesson program that focuses on the youths’ personal, interpersonal, and leadership development. In addition, as part of the LADS program, youths are required to start both personal and community transformational projects by identifying areas in their lives they want to improve and problems in their communities that they would like to provide solutions to, for the transformation of the lives in their communities.
TLG Seminars
The Transforming Leadership & Governance (TLG) Seminars are a highly professional and interactive values-based leadership development series that equips effective leaders of integrity with competencies to spearhead personal, relational, organizational, and societal transformation. The International Leadership Foundation’s Transforming Leadership is based on essential principles and a proven process with applications for transformation projects that serve as drivers of change in Nigeria and beyond.
