About the Young Leaders League
Africa’s greatest need is for leaders who can lead comprehensive transformation on the continent based on God-centered moral values, especially the value of integrity.
The cycle of ineffective and inadequate leadership cannot be broken unless the focus is broadened to include the youth on the continent. Building a new culture of leadership understanding and practice requires designing and implementing a program with the right paradigms and values of leadership for the development of young leaders. To accomplish this, the International Leadership Foundation established the Leadership and Development Studies (LADS) curriculum to be implemented among the African youth as one part of a brand program: Young Leaders League (Y2L).
In addition, this program has been expanded to offer a Diploma in Educational Leadership which provides teachers with an opportunity to sharpen youth development skills and further the teachers’ career development.
